Reviews on Rate My Rental are user-generated: people who use the service can describe their rental experience at an address after signing in. We do not write those narratives for them, and we do not sell landlords placement in review listings.

Scores and tags you see reflect aggregate information from those submissions where enough reviews exist to display them. If an address has few or no reviews, aggregates may not appear yet—that reflects real activity on the product, not a hidden rating.

These reviews are not a substitute for an inspection, a lease review by a lawyer, or advice from a tenants’ union or housing agency. Use them alongside your own judgment and local facts.
